Villa Zwart Goud is a beautiful villa in Art Deco style that dates from 1924. Once it was the residence of the former coal mine director general. The villa has been completely renovated to its original glory. It comprises ten attractive rooms that are perfect for meetings, dinners, team building activities and parties. There is a lounge, a bar, a wine cellar and a tasting room. The fantastic setting of Villa Zwart Goud, its surrounding park, terrace and parking are available exclusively for your group. Capacity: 2 to 60 persons.

WATT 17
Together with other beautiful buildings, Watt 17 is a hidden gem of industrial coal mine heritage located at the central pedestrian square of more than 20,000 m². The entire site has several rooms of more than 1,200 m², auditoriums of 120 to 450 people and various break-out rooms meeting your most demanding technology requirements.
The unique combination of indoor and outdoor possibilities make this site the perfect location for the organization of group, company and family events. Including bad weather guarantee!
Watt17 has two floors. The ground floor "Ondergrond" is a magnificent multi-purpose space with a total capacity of 350 persons. The upper floor "Bovengrond" (1200 square meters) can be used as a conference, trade fair, banquet or reception space. Both floors can be combined.
