In the oldest part of the center of Hasselt, in a small cozy street, you will find Uw Zuster.
You can come here for original and surprising flavors on your plate, a pleasant chat, a fresh beer from the tap, a glass of delicious wine (several wines by the glass), freshly sliced ham and delicious specials of the week. There is a whole menu full of dishes to share (or not) waiting for you. There is no division into main and starters, you just order what you feel like.
Uw Zuster has a pleasant terrace on the street side and a pleasant garden terrace at the rear, but in autumn and winter it is even more pleasant to sit inside.
