The kitchen works with local suppliers. We sway with the seasons, bringing nature to your plate through nutritious dishes with a regional touch.
The star of the kitchen is our Japanese Robata grill. This grill enhances the flavours, releases the aromas of meat, fish and vegetables. In short, it makes everything taste like it should.
The menu serves healthy, refined dishes with a rich taste. The result looks simple, but the Cordaat experience is in the subtle details. In the extensive wine assortment you will find the perfect companion for every choice.
In the restaurant, the brasserie and the bar, different materials evoke a different atmosphere each time. The open kitchen immediately draws your attention, via the spacious terrace the concept shifts seamlessly to the outside.
Both inside and outside you find yourself in an oasis of peace. The natural stone 'Forest Green' sets the tone, combined with warm oak, blank steel and golden details. In addition to the wood, felt and terrazzo, the many greenery and colourful plants give an extra warm and soft feel.
Cosy up at the central bar or enjoy the water feature on the terrace. Relax in our deep green sofa or in the lounge area by the fireplace...
