Hill Route

Starting in the Hageland, this route takes you along the most beautiful places in the south of Limburg. You cross Haspengouw over the Roman road and the former Fruit Railway. Up and down hill, between fruit trees and undulating fields. The Hill Route is one for beginners, pros, or smart folks on e-bikes. Because it passes through the monument city of Sint-Truiden and the oldest city in the country, Tongeren, the route is also perfect for heritage enthusiasts. We cross the Meuse and say ‘Bonjour’ and ‘Hoi’ to our Walloon and Dutch friends to finish at the highest point of Flanders in Voeren. This route skims the highest peaks!
