Hasselt used to be known for its many jenever distilleries. Our mansion used to be a distillary owned bij Hollandia. It also had a little cigar production facility. The house is situated at just a 5 minutes walk from the city center.
The house was built in 1932 and was renovated with respect for the original elements.
Downstairs you van find a large living room with painted ceilings and wooden floor. There is a fully equipped kitchen, toilet, dining room, extra bathroom and sauna. The dining room gives out to a city garden with jacuzzi and barbeque.
On the first floor, you can find 3 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and a dressing. On the top floor you'll find another large bedroom with 2 double beds and 2 sleeping sofa's.
The house next to this house (Hollandia City House) can be rented as well for large groups.
