Once an old farmhouse, today In Houte Velden is a stylish vacation home. You will stay in a beautiful place that was lovingly renovated, and where there are now plenty of natural materials and modern elements to enjoy.

In Houte Velden is located amidst green fields, between 2 nature reserves (Hoksent Molhem and Resterheide) and yet close to the lively town of Peer. There you can always go for a good dose of culture, a tasty snack or a fun trip with the kids. And with the Limburg cycling route network stretching next to the house, we are the ideal place for an active cycling and walking vacation.

With room for 15 people, In Houte Velden is the perfect vacation home for a top stay with friends or family. There are a total of 6 spacious bedrooms (including 2 on the ground floor) each with its own bathroom; including toilet, walk-in shower and sink with ample storage space. So everyone enjoys their own privacy and comfort, and there are never queues.

Five bedrooms are equipped with quality box springs. The sixth bedroom has a single box spring and 2 very solid bunk beds. Also, all beds are already made upon arrival with freshly laundered linens. In 1 of the bedrooms on the ground floor, extra attention has been paid to wheelchair accessibility.

In addition, the house has a fully equipped and spacious kitchen, where you can experiment with smells, tastes and ingredients. At the extra-long dining table you can have a nice chat or play a board game, and in the large armchairs in the living room you can watch TV on the flat screen.

The interior of the vacation home is sleekly rural, with large windows that provide an open, light-filled feel. If you like being outside, you can relax in the lounge, barbecue, play a game of table tennis or have an aperitif at the picnic tables in the large private garden.
