On the ground floor is the first bathroom with bath (and toilet) and a room equipped with washing machine, dryer and iron. Next is the living room with open kitchen. Comics and games are at guests' disposal there. The living room is very bright because of a large sliding window and a partially glazed roof. There is a fully equipped open kitchen with gas cooker, lots of cooking utensils, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Adjacent, and through the access of the (large) sliding window, is the pleasant garden with L-shaped seating area, parasol and fire table. Each bedroom of the house is attractively furnished: the exotic Africa room for cool boys and girls, the sunny butterfly room and the luxurious music room on the attic floor, with its own bathroom, sink and shower (the second bathroom). One can access the property via a key safe.

The property is close to the bakery and supermarket. There is parking in the street and one can park for free long term on the Sint Hubertusplein. Of course, there are many restaurants in the city centre and several museums. Do not forget to visit the market (every Tuesday and Friday) on the Colonel Dusartplein.

Ideally located for those who want to explore green Limburg while walking or cycling. Close to E313 and close to Hasselt railway station (15 minutes).
