Beguinage 4

Beguinage 4 is an ideal home for a couple looking for peace, intimacy and conviviality in a historic setting within walking distance of the lively city centre with its busy nightlife. The other side of the Beguinage connects to the green lung around the castle Speelhof (brasserie), which forms the gateway for cyclists and walkers to the rolling Haspengouw countryside with its omnipresent orchards.

The house received a 4-star comfort rating and is therefore fully equipped with all household appliances including washing machine and dishwasher. Bath, bed and kitchen textiles are provided and coffee is ready in the cupboard.
Through the back door, you enter a city garden where you can enjoy the outdoors on the terrace. Also very convenient should you bring your four-legged friend(s)!

The bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor, accessible via a wooden spiral staircase. On the ground floor there is a sitting room with modern kitchen (fully equipped), a lounge, a separate WC and a storage room.

The house is also suitable as a business accommodation for businessmen visiting one of our international companies in the region who prefer a homely stay in a historic setting for a change rather than a hotel room. Eateries and several department stores are within walking distance from the property (<500m).
