On June 29, 2013, the Waterburcht in Millen was reopened. This castle - first mentioned in 1365 and originally surrounded by water, hence the name Waterburcht - is one of the eye-catchers of tourist Riemst.
The Waterburcht is located on the bicycle route network Limburg and from Sunday, September 20, 2015, there is a signposted 'Verborgen Moois' walk that lets you discover the most beautiful spots of the village.
In the brasserie with spacious terrace you can enjoy an extensive menu including regional products or just come and have a drink.
