HIGH BEER: The Flavours and Aromas of Bosland

This “Quest for the Flavours and Aromas of Bosland” includes a guided tour of the brewery, during which we explain how our beers are brewed, the stories connected to them, and why they fit within our search for the flavours and aromas of Bosland.

Together, we taste six beers, each paired with carefully selected snacks and small dishes, while exploring the flavours and aromas of Bosland under the guidance of master brewer and zythologist Eddy. The selected beers come from our extensive range and were chosen for their local ingredients and the locally rooted stories behind each beer. All food pairings are freshly prepared “à la minute” in our kitchen.

The food pairing within this HIGH BEER concept is based on zythological ABC principles, ensuring that the beers and dishes complement each other perfectly.

We have a tasting room that accommodates around fifteen guests, where these HIGH BEER experiences are organised. In good weather, the sessions can also take place in our beer garden. The experience is built around a cosy, living-room atmosphere, which is why we deliberately choose to work with small groups.
