Things to do in Dilsen-Stokkem
Access Gate Terhills is located on the border of Dilsen-Stokkem with Maasmechelen. From here you can explore the Hoge Kempen National Park. Follow the red hiking trail of just under 10 km for a total experience.
The best view is from the top of the slag heap , overlooking the large pond, the twin slag heaps and the path across the water of 'Cycling between the Mijnterrils'.
On the way, you pass Elaisa Energetic Wellness, a dream for wellness enthusiasts. This wellness centre is the ultimate place to unwind in the middle of nature.
On the eastern side of Dilsen-Stokkem flows the Maas. From the Visitor Center De Wissen, walks and cycling routes start through Rivierpark Maasvallei, a recognised landscape park.
