Things to do in Bocholt

You go to Bocholt to experience the silence and power of nature. This municipality has several starting points to the nature reserve GrensPark KempenBroek.

The area is a mosaic of landscapes with marshes, stream valleys, fens, woods, heathland, hay meadows, pastures and fields. You can cross all this greenery in different ways: on foot, by bike, on horseback or by mountain bike.

KempenBroek is a paradise for various rare animal species. For example, no fewer than 50 species of dragonflies fly around here, beavers have been living there for several years and with a lot of luck you may even spot a red deer.
