Discover Limburgs impressive mining heritage. The route departs from be-MINE, the former mining site in Beringen. You cycle through the Vallei van de Zwarte Beek nature reserve towards Houthalen-Helchteren and on to Heusden-Zolder, passing two more mining sites. Along the way you come across forests and meadows and via the old coal track Kolenspoor, you pedal straight to the Albert Canal.
