Bokrijk’s open-air playground provides entertainment for everyone, regardless of their age, among others because it has been subdivided into various areas, making it even safer.
Small children can play in the toddler children’s village (until age 8), a miniature version of the open-air museum. Here the playground equipment in the shape of farm animals, a windmill and an oven for baking sand cakes guarantee hours of outdoor fun. Adapted equipment is provided for disabled children. For a small fee every child can have hours of fun with the miniature cars and on the miniature golf court. Older children can try out the natural adventure trail. Are you more courageous than Indiana Jones or Lara Croft? Then you can’t afford to miss the obstacle course! Large stones, rope constructions, tree trunks, beams and a fireman’s pole to slide down. And after all that climbing the water equipment provide a welcome refreshment for young heroes. The mysterious experience in the dead tree forest or on the barefoot trail will complete your adventure!
