The Eggertingen nature reserve is located in the south of Kortessem and ends in Hoeselt and Borgloon. On foot you will discover the (bio)diversity of 3 streams and their valleys. Along the slopes you will get to know surprising views of old landscape elements such as beautiful wooded edges, standard orchards and flower-rich meadows.

In the Uilenbos there are, in addition to the wood anemone, the spotted arum, the celandine weed can also admire the ground elder and the wasp orchid.
