Café Coureur has no business owners, but it does have véloromantiseurs. A véloromantiseur is a person who romanticizes the bicycle, an ambassador of the bicycle, with love for the craft (cycling) in particular. Our focus is to véloromanticize every cyclist in the world through unconventional paths with a focus on the power of the community. The Café Coureur concept is based on a complete unburdening of the sporty cyclist. Locally inspired breakfast, lunch and dinner with a nod to the race, a professional service course (bike guidance) with pleasant supplies and an attractive après-bike. All possible from our dream location, on top of the Kernielerberg in Borgloon, right in a cycling Mecca. In no time at all, the cyclist can reach the Meuse valley, Middle Limburg, Haspengouw, Land of Herve, Voerstreek, Dutch Limburg, Hageland, etc. This also gives us the opportunity to turn our customers into pros by taking them on a tour of the major cycling races such as Liege-Bastogne-Liege, the Flèche Wallonne and the Amstel Gold Race.
