Brasserie de Gerlache has been a household name opposite the Jessa Hospital in Hasselt for years and this thanks to the enthusiasm of an enthusiastic team that we have been able to count on for years.
Since 2016 the restaurant is run by Kristof Vangronsveld.
Our kitchen team works with daily fresh products and offers classic brasserie dishes and seasonal suggestions.
