La Maison de Marie is a charming, modern, hyper-equipped holiday home in the pearl of Haspengouw. Relax, wake up feeling blissful, enjoy the evening in the heart of the fruit region, with a breathtaking view of southwest Limburg.

The name is a tribute to the past of the house, more specifically to the grandmother of owner Alex.

Marie was the personification of hospitality, her 9 children (of which Alex's mother is the youngest daughter) and many grandchildren were at home "on the Hill". Coffee was always ready, a piece traditional 'Limburgse' cake was never far away, the dining room or "good place" was jam-packed on Sundays and holidays. The old walnut tree in the garden has stood the test of time and was Marie's favourite resting place after a day's work in the vegetable garden or on the farm.

La Maison de Marie means experiencing Haspengouw, pur sang! Let yourself be surprised by the beauty and splendour of the vast fields and fruit orchards throughout the seasons. Come and spend a blissful night and wake up refreshed, or enjoy the peace and quiet of the evenings.
